Intuitive operation and brilliant clarity.
The letters OLED stand for "Organic Light Emitting Diode" – each pixel represents a separate light source. The size of the pixels thus allows a significantly higher resolution, pixel density and image quality. Using the touchscreen is as intuitive as using a smartphone. In addition, the driver receives direct haptic feedback when selecting from the menu.

Keeping an eye on all the relevant information.
The MBUX Augmented Reality Head-Up Display turns the windscreen into an extension of the digital cockpit. Transparent projections onto the windscreen augment the driver's field of vision with relevant information about the current driving situation. In this way the new S-Class is able to provide the driver with all key information, with them having to take their eyes off the road.

Well informed all round with the 3D digital dashboard.
The display in the dashboard, with a screen diagonal of 31.2 cm (12.3 inches), shows the driving situation and other road users as well as warnings and navigation information for the driver clearly and in three dimensions. The style and complexity of the display on the screen can be freely selected in a range from multi-layered to minimalistic.

The MBUX rear-seat tablet includes a regular tablet computer with a display diagonal of 17.8 cm (7 inches) integrated into either the folding armrest or the business console. This can also be used away from the vehicle. It offers the luxury of being able to sit back and relax in the back of the car and yet still control relevant vehicle and comfort functions.

ENERGIZING AIR CONTROL.
ENERGIZING AIR CONTROL monitors the air quality by means of an air quality and fine particle sensor – and shows it in MBUX. Your Mercedes switches intelligently between fresh air and air recirculation mode.
An interior air filter with antibacterial effect also reduces a majority of the inhalable harmful substances. In addition, certain viruses are reduced directly at the filter.
